State party to include in its next periodic report statistical data on the enjoyment of
each Covenant right, disaggregated by age, sex, ethnic origin, urban/rural population
and other relevant status on an annual comparative basis.

The Committee encourages the State party to consider signing and ratifying the
Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural
Rights.

The Committee encourages the State party to ratify the International Covenant
on Civil and Political Rights, the International Convention on the Protection of the
Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the International
Convention for the Protection of all Persons from Enforced Disappearance, as well as
ILO Convention No. 189 (2011) concerning decent work for domestic workers.

The Committee requests the State party to disseminate the present concluding
observations widely at all levels of society, and particularly among public officials,
judicial authorities, lawmakers and civil society organizations, to translate them and
publicize them as widely as possible and to inform the Committee in its next periodic
report on the steps taken to implement them.
65.
The Committee encourages the State party to engage all the relevant actors,
including non-governmental organizations and other members of civil society, in
discussion on the implementation of the present concluding observations at the
national level and facilitate their participation prior to the submission of its next
periodic report.
66.
The Committee requests the State party to submit its next periodic report, in
accordance with the guidelines adopted by the Committee in 2008 (E/C.12/2008/2), by
30 May 2019.
