The Social and Family Action Code reads: “Article L.345-1: Individuals and families experiencing serious difficulties, in particular financial, family, housing, health or integration problems, shall receive, on request, social assistance so that they may be housed in public or private social rehabilitation accommodation and thus be helped to acquire or recover personal independence and social autonomy.” g) Social housing construction 34.
