Note by the Secretariat
The Secretariat has the honour to transmit to the Human Rights Council the report of
the Special Rapporteur on the human rights to safe drinking water and sanitation on his visit
to Mexico from 2 to 12 May 2017, which is submitted in compliance with Council
resolution 33/10.
