Note by the Secretary-General
The Secretary-General has the honour to transmit to the General Assembly the
report of the Special Rapporteur on the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the
highest attainable standard of physical and mental health, Paul Hunt, submitted in
compliance with Human Rights Council resolution 5/1, in which the Council
decided that special procedures mandates were renewed until the date on which they
would be considered by the Council according to the programme of work.
